2. Modes of Electronic Delivery
Project deliverables are delivered to the Client via the following authorized digital channels:
- Secure Source Code Repositories: Private code repository invitations (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) granting administrative or read access to verified Client technical accounts.
- Cloud Staging & Production Deployments: Automated CI/CD deployments directly to client-specified cloud environments (such as AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean) and live DNS cutover to the Client's verified custom domain.
- Electronic Transmission via Email: Final handover packs, API credential documentation, technical architecture diagrams, and tax invoices sent directly to the Client's registered email address.
- Figma & Design Workspace Transfer: Transfer of editable design system workspaces, UI mockups, and prototype links.
3. Delivery Timelines & Milestone Sprints
Indicative delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity confirmed in your Statement of Work (SOW):

5. Proof of Delivery & Digital Acceptance
Electronic service delivery is deemed complete upon occurrence of any of the following:
- Formal delivery notification email sent to the Client with final production URLs or repository invites.
- Successful live domain DNS cutover and verified production operation.
- Written or email sign-off by the Client, or absence of written objections within seven (7) business days of delivery notification.
